Is it hard to set up ?

No. Comes with Portuguese manual. Download the app, connect to WiFi and done. Interface is simple — even a kid can do it. 5 minutes max.

What if power or WiFi goes down ?

Has battery as backup. When power fails, battery takes over. Keeps working normal. WiFi drops? It distributes on already scheduled times even without internet.

Can my pet open it and eat everything ?

No. Has safety lock. Pet can't open it. Machine only releases the amount you programmed, at the time you set.

How long without refilling ?

Capacity is 8 cups (2L). If your pet eats 1 cup per day, it lasts 8 days. Depends on how much your pet eats. Can schedule weekly refills.

Works with any type of food ?

Yes, works with standard dry kibble, even ground. Has large opening. If your food is very wet or moist, better not use — it's for dry food.
